Facility Rental:

Seated Capacity: 220 full wall to wall, 350 for partial seating

Saturday & Wedding Rentals – $2500 for (6) hours including set-up & break down
Main pavilion for reception room
Bridal Suite
Use of the Outdoor deck & patio area
Use of tables & chairs (cake tables, 72″ Rounds, 6′ Long tables)
Set-up & break down of all tables & chairs

$2500 food & beverage minimum

Friday $1500 for six (6) hours including set up & break down
$1500 food & beverage minimum

Sunday $1500 for six (6) hours including set up & break down
$1500 food & beverage minimum

Monday through Thursday Evening – $1000 for six (6) hours including set up & break down
$1000 food & beverage minimum

Monday through Thursday Lunch – $550 (event must end by 4:00pm) including set up & break down 

$500 for outdoor/arbor ceremony

$500 for Pavilion Ceremony

You may purchase additional hours for $250 per hour.

Cake Cutting Fee – $75 for First Cake / $100 for Two Cakes
Includes: plates, forks & cocktail napkins

Additional Hours: 10% of the room rental fee per each hour

Included in the price of the facility rental: floor length white linen, seating tables, seating chairs, buffet tables, set-up and break-down of any tables and chairs requested for the event & clean up fee.

A payment of the entire rental fee, accompanied by a signed contract is required to secure the facility. The payment is
The event must be paid in full seven (7) working days before the scheduled event date.

Any cancellations must be made, in writing, thirty (30) days prior to your function in order to receive a refund of any payments made toward the event excluding the initial facility rental fee payment which is non refundable. No refunds will be given for any cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the event.

Bar Set Up:
All alcohol must be provided by Cypress Inn Restaurant in compliance with the state alcohol and beverage control board.

We recommend having one bar per 75-100 guests. Each bar provides one bartender, plastic ware, cocktail napkins, mixers and garnishes. A $100 fee is charged per cash bar. Alcohol, beer & wine are available at an additional per bottle charge.
Absolutely no alcohol may be brought on premise or served by anyone other than a Cypress Inn employee.
All bars will be closed half an hour prior to the end of the event.

Cypress Inn Catering is the exclusive caterer for the Pavilion. Cypress Inn offers a unique choice of buffet, plated and reception menus for weddings, birthday parties, family reunions and meetings. No outside catering, food or beverage is allowed with the exception of specialty cakes.


The need for security will be assessed per event and any additional charge for security will be passed on to the client. Cypress Inn reserves the right to require security personnel it deems appropriate and necessary.

The Pavilion is the perfect space to host a band or a D.J. All entertainment must be approved by the Cypress Inn Catering and Events Department. All events must be over no later than 1:30 a.m. No private events are allowed to charge a “cover charge” at the door due to Tuscaloosa city ordinances.

Floral Arrangements or Decorations:
Decorations must be approved by the Cypress Inn Catering and Events Department and are the responsibility of the client. Decorations may not be stapled, tacked or nailed to any part of the building. Please DO NOT tape decorations to any painted surface.
Floating candles or enclosed votive type candles are allowed on guest and /or food tables.
White buffet/food table linens will be provided with catering.
